- Licenses and Requirements ## Reciprocal Plumber Journeyman 8 AAC 90.111 Description: The department may reciprocate a plumbing or electrical certificate of fitness with any US jurisdiction that has substantially similar requirements to the state.
- Application: Application Packet must include: Application, fees, proof of current license active for one full year prior to application.
- Experience: Must submit proof of holding license for one full year prior to application.
