- Once you’ve been approved to test you will receive notification via email and may schedule at: Prov Exam Scheduler 3.
- Written exams may be taken remotely or at any one of Prov’s testing centers.

- Name on the exam roster must match your license application exactly
- Confirm the authorization window — many expire in 90 days to one year
